Throughout our lives, community\u00a0is an essential part of everyday existence. We don\u2019t always see or fully understand it\u2019s impact, and sometimes we may think it is irrelevant.\u00a0But the truth is, community is vital in ways we can\u2019t imagine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It was decided by our group several years ago that in lieu of gifting each other for the holidays, that every each partner would gift $1000 of their own money and pool it together as a group. Each year one partner hosts our annual training conference which at that time the hosting partner decides which organization the donation will go to. We invite an organization representative of that organization and present them with our donation. It warms our hearts to get to know the people and organizations who are truly the heroes in our communities.<\/span><\/p>\n
